Ron Marshall was able to get these stunning images of North Uist's adult male SNOWY OWL last week at Sollas. This is one of my favourite birds and I am planning another trip up there in the next week (3 dayer), also taking in the Greater Sand Plover if it is still there, Red-necked Phalaropes and eagles.
