Ship-assisted Gyrfalcon set to be released this weekend in Ireland
The GYRFALCON recently captured on a trawler off the Blasket Islands is doing well and arrangements are being made to release it this Sunday at midday at Rosscullen in Castlemaine harbour. The exact place is the small parking area at the end of the road signposted as old Keel burial ground and is the site also known as Caherfearlane Marsh. This small road is approx 4 km west of Castlemaine on the Dingle rd; turn left at the sign post, be there before midday to avoid disappointment.
